Good morning lovelies! Have you had thunderstorms? We’re still waiting up here on the coast but I hear it’s been quite exciting in some parts of the country overnight… do send it my way, won’t you? I love lightning!

Today’s wedding is beautiful, and intimate – with only closest friends and family attending, and a wonderfully relaxed vibe. Guests were seated on armchairs for the ceremony, and the vibe was beautifully boho with a flavour of spring. I’ve been wondering if smaller weddings are set to become more popular in years to come… and Chloe and Michael’s day couldn’t be a more perfect example of an intimate wedding.

Happy Easter Monday, lovelies! Did anyone actually manage an Easter egg? I hope you’ve all had a lovely weekend at home though – and I wanted to share something extra lovely with you to begin the week. A bit of a bank holiday treat, really! Lovely Hayley Jayne Photography submitted this shoot for the blog, and I just adored the look of it all, and the way these fabulous suppliers wanted to promote the work of Brides Do Good – I’ll let Hayley tell you more!

Morning lovely! I hope you’re having an easy day 🙂 It’s miserable up here in the Lakes (although I’m happily submerged in calligraphy work – yay!), so I’m delighted to be filling our screens with joyful colour and a light and fragrant summer wedding edit today. The florals are just STUNNING – and I’m totally in love with the Watters Wtoo gown with all its sparkle and swishiness! Oh, and don’t even get me started on the fabulous cake… it’s a winner in every single way and I’m thrilled to be sharing this with you all! Get those Pinterest fingers ready, my lovelies!

My lovely friend and sponsor Ayshea Goldberg Photography sent me this wonderfully light and bright wedding photoshoot to share with you all. I adore the contrast of the lemon and purple colour palette; the venue itself is simply breathtaking – a magical location for a beautiful English wedding.

“The venue we chose was Layer Marney Tower and the theme was a summer country garden wedding. We opted for bright lemon flowers and lush green foliage to bring a fresh and vibrant feel to the shoot. Each supplier used their expertise and talents to really showcase what they love doing and highlight their creativity.” [Full supplier credits are at the end of the feature]
