Happy Easter Monday, lovelies! Did anyone actually manage an Easter egg? I hope you’ve all had a lovely weekend at home though – and I wanted to share something extra lovely with you to begin the week. A bit of a bank holiday treat, really! Lovely Hayley Jayne Photography submitted this shoot for the blog, and I just adored the look of it all, and the way these fabulous suppliers wanted to promote the work of Brides Do Good – I’ll let Hayley tell you more!

I spotted this gorgeous pair on instagram and they made me so happy: their sense of being blissfully wrapped up in each other, their beaming smiles… right now, love like this is EVERYTHING. There’s something serendipitous about all of this. Keyanna and Lawrence live in Canada, but Lawrence was born in Ipswich and they came to the UK for Christmas… and happily for everyone, they got in touch with Grace (having never met before) and arranged this photoshoot. The result: wonderfully fun, authentic, romantic images I just know they’ll treasure for a lifetime.

Not the stereotypical bridal shoot… but a little something to make you smile.
My heart goes out to all the couples who’ve had to reschedule, and to all the wedding photographers and business owners who are navigating a very scary few months right now.
Thanks to lovely Holly Cade, who messaged me the other day: “I thought people could do with a bit of a laugh and honestly, I was feeling bored last Saturday evening when I randomly had this idea, and did it the next morning!

I think I’m missing weddings a bit too much, and I might have done some bridal prep photos around my house…

I’m a little sad we’ll be missing wisteria weddings this year… this glorious bloom flowers in May and June, and transforms some of our favourite traditional wedding venues into nature’s paradise. But it doesn’t mean we won’t be sharing those glorious blossoms here on English Wedding! This editorial was submitted by my lovely friend Sarah on behalf of Eshott Hall. I’ll hand over to her to tell you more!

Each season is truly magical here at Eshott Hall, especially in the summertime, the House comes into its own, with its botanical signature… cascades of lilac wisteria, tumbling down its honey stone walls, make it perhaps one of the most photogenic country house venues in the North.

Today we have a dreamy photoshoot to lighten your hearts, with the most wonderful neutral via blush via pale coral colour tones. It’s all kinds of stunning and I’m hugely grateful to lovely Louise from Your Fabulous Wedding for sharing this shoot. The detail of the Mark Lesley wedding dress is beautifully unique – and the tablescape an absolute masterpiece! All of the beautiful images are by Boho Chic Weddings.

Stay safe everyone!
