The alternative bridal shoot… under lockdown!
Not the stereotypical bridal shoot… but a little something to make you smile.
My heart goes out to all the couples who’ve had to reschedule, and to all the wedding photographers and business owners who are navigating a very scary few months right now.
Thanks to lovely Holly Cade, who messaged me the other day: “I thought people could do with a bit of a laugh and honestly, I was feeling bored last Saturday evening when I randomly had this idea, and did it the next morning!
I think I’m missing weddings a bit too much, and I might have done some bridal prep photos around my house…
1. The brides perfume: A clean smell, with a strong whiff of alcohol…
2. The ‘brides’ shoes, only to be used to leave the house when absolutely necessary.
3. Beautiful sweat pants, all ready to go, again!
4. A very topical ring shot.
5. Flowers by my parents-in-law, they were a gift a couple of years ago.
6. All ready… for another day at home.
