Hey lovelies, happy Monday! I hope you’re ok and have had a relaxing weekend. Shall we jump straight into weddings this week? I’m loving the escapism of seeing happy faces and human contact, even if it is on my screen! Today’s gorgeous couple were married last summer in the Kent countryside – their day is simple and elegant, incorporating Italian and English elements. The blue accents are just wonderful, and I love how the delicate blues match those glorious, sunny skies!

A special treat for you this weekend to brighten up your Sunday! I just love the naturalness of gorgeous couple Kim & Graham’s photos as they walk through wildflower meadows on the evening of their wedding. We’ll have times like these again soon, lovelies! Hang in there… it’ll all be worth it for moments like these.

Kim & Graham tied the knot last August, at Wellington Barn in Wiltshire. They chose our lovely friend and Wiltshire wedding photographer Linus Moran to capture their day in his unmistakeable documentary style, and described their horses + motorbikes-themed wedding as a beautiful, happy, perfect, love, family, mad, epic, best, day, ever! The images tell their story perfectly…

Welcome to (nearly) the weekend, everyone! I hope you’ve enjoyed a little sunshine this week, and are staying safe and well. I’ve been saving up the beautiful wedding of Charles and Emily, which is wonderfully elegant and timeless. The newlyweds are gorgeous: they were married in June at St Giles House in Dorset, with Camilla Arnhold capturing their day. The cake and flowers are just stunning – and the pair look fabulous in a Jesus Peiro dress and tailored suit from Reiss. Enjoy this, lovelies, and have a relaxing weekend.

Just a couple of days before lockdown was announced, beautiful bride Jemma married her handsome man Antony at the Old Marylebone Town Hall. This is a really special day and I’m proud to be able to share it with you. There were just two witnesses, Jemma’s mother, the celebrant and their photographer Sarah. Because of coronavirus, sadly some guests were no longer able to attend.

Two things – when I stop giggling. Two quite important things –

1) this is actually genuinely REALLY beautiful and

2) injecting a little bit of happy chuckling into any lockdown day is the best thing you can possibly do. It’s definitely what solid-haired Rachel & Rowan did on their wedding day last week, in the company of Yorkshire wedding photographer Andy Matheson.

They’re the best-looking Lego couple we’ve EVER featured here on English Wedding, and despite a few mishaps (Rowan slipped and fell on the lentil-confetti, but don’t worry: he was ok) their day is – and now I’m NOT laughing: really, truly, beautifully captured!
