It’s almost the weekend and we have another gorgeous wedding to share with you – this time, sent in by my lovely friends at The Little Paper Shop in Cheshire! I can’t introduce this blog post without plugging my modern calligraphy classes at this gorgeous wedding & paper boutique – it’s in Nantwich, and I’ll be there on the 7th of September for beginners modern calligraphy and brush pen lettering workshops – come and join me if you can!

Happy Monday lovelies! Did you have a nice weekend? We were in Manchester – had a lovely time at the folk festival on Thursday night, then shopped on Friday and met up with family, and I had a lovely calligraphy workshop on Saturday afternoon. Coming back into Cumbria was nice… it’s always such a relief to see the sea and mountains again after a trip away! We’re kicking off this week with a gorgeous wedding – all done on a really reasonable budget, but absolutely beautiful all the same! I just adore Jess’s dress – it’s from Monsoon and she looks fabulous, don’t you think? Bridesmaids’ dresses are from Dorothy Perkins, and Tom’s suit is from Next. Together they’re just so perfect – I hope you’ll love their day as much as I do! They were married at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s witnesses with a reception at Binham memorial hall. Beautiful bride Heather married Houw at Shustoke Barn on a sunny June day – their wedding is perfect for summer and I LOVE how full of colour the images are.

Jen and Adam were married at Houchins Farm, Coggeshall, Essex. They’d originally planned to get married abroad but after spending the last two years traveling together they decided to come back to their roots to celebrate their marriage where they grew up, surrounded by close friends and family. Their wedding photographer was none other than our lovely friend Kathryn Hopkins (whose beautiful pics you’ll have seen gracing the front cover of the English Wedding Bible).
