The most beautiful confetti in the world?

My inbox is a little treasure trove of delights and discoveries. I’m often lost for far too long when an email leads me to a website with something innovative, pretty and exciting – and this was the case with Rice Butterflies.
I’ve seen some gorgeous confetti in my time: the most memorable was Sarah & Anna’s wedding with brightly coloured, oversized confetti which looked amazing. Rose petals are a firm favourite… but they’ve been around for years. In fact, confetti hasn’t really changed much… until now!
Lovely Dejan from Rice Butterflies got in touch to show me their new, handmade, biodegradable, eco-friendly and 100% rice confetti. (Don’t you just love them already for this?!)
I followed their little paper trail around the internet and saw some of the loveliest confetti pics (and videos) I’ve ever seen. The little butterflies genuinely flutter – they’re so simple and effective, being handmade from rice paper, cut into beautiful shapes and individually glued with rice grain.
