I’m all about the story. Each couple is different and so I want to tell your love story authentically, with all the real, raw emotion that’s present on your wedding day.

With over ten years’ experience photographing weddings as well as a photojournalism background, I still get a buzz out of the celebrations! I’m a Manchester wedding photographer who thrives on making original pictures, full of soul, for free spirited couples.

Do you want natural, unforced moments; pictures of your guests erupting with laughter and to see the look of love in your partner’s eyes? They’re the kind of things I’m looking for throughout the day. I won’t be taking over, stopping the action to stage something or generally interfering! I let you get on with having the best day of your lives, surrounded by the people you love, and make sure to capture it all so you have it to look back on in the years, or even generations, to come.

I have created an eco policy and this is my promise to you, to ensure my part of your wedding is kind to the environment. It includes efforts such as using British suppliers, reducing waste and hosting my website on a carbon neutral server. I also welcome hearing further suggestions for improvement!

When I’m not at a wedding, I’m probably photographing small businesses/charities, working on documentary projects on social issues or doing graphic design, branding and book design. I love art galleries, ceilidhs, sweet soul music, board games and cats. I’m a Christian, and I love my church of St Stephen’s in West Bowling, Bradford.
