Hey lovely! I hope you have some lovely bank holiday plans, and you’re making the most of the last day of the weekend!! We’re on our way back from a little Welsh adventure this afternoon, and I’m excited to get back to blogging this week (I have some gorgeous features lined up!) but first – an absolutely beautiful wedding from Gloucestershire which I know you will LOVE!!

Rebecca and Laurence’s wedding took place at St Peter & St Paul Church of Northleach followed by a marquee reception. This was a very relaxed wedding with a Pimms garden party, band, gorgeous venue decor and a cake made by the couple’s friends.

Some venues have incredible wow factor – and when you choose a location like Harrowden Hall for your big day you’ll know the styling touches will fall into place naturally. Today we’re talking soft, light pastels and traditional elegance for a day filled with the prettiest details.

Louise and Stephen chose their venue because they could personalise their day and really make it their own. “We were given a lot of rein with making choices and putting our stamp on it compared to other places we had seen. I had complete trust in their views and help along the way.”

So the best thing in Rich and Victoria’s wedding report is the impeccable logic behind their wedding cakes: a Victoria sponge and a Rich chocolate cake… geddit?! Genius – and this perfectly sets the scene for a wonderfully creative wedding with lots of DIY touches and vintage style. There were so many gorgeous images I’m not even showing you all of them right now – instead I’ll save some of my favourites for tomorrow in a ‘get the look’ feature to inspire you for your own creative wedding!
