Alison and Gerald are brilliant – their flowers are fabulous and their wedding mixes classic styling touches with a sense of timelessness and Hollywood glamour. The pearl strings and champagne table settings are a lovely idea – and everything about their day at the Bull Hotel in Gerrards Cross is pretty, feminine and super romantic.

It only really became a thing with the birth of wedding blogs that you should look for a wedding photographer you’d “click” with. Before 2008 couples had a different choice to make – image quality and the technical side of photography was key. Last Wednesday we shared HBA Photography‘s pretty, boho inspired wedding inspiration feature in bluebell woods. (If you missed it, catch up here.) The same shoot explored a more creative, brilliantly alternative look later in the day, and the behind the scenes film we showed last week hinted at a cape of flowers.
