We all have a favourite season – right now mine is summer, but I’ll admit: I have a new favourite at LEAST four times a year. Right now – I’m all about springtime. Cherry blossom, buds and new life appearing … and the dream of spring sunshine. So for those of you planning a spring wedding, or if you just adore the spring season, today’s feature will bring joy to your heart.
With images by the rather fabulous Chloe Ely Photography, Blossoming Beauty focuses on an emergence of beauty from an ethereal, sleepy background of winter. It juxtaposes minimalism with fine art, providing artistic inspiration for the discerning bride with an eye for detail.
So we’re more than halfway through the week (yay!) and I have something really unique and different to share with you. It’s a fun Tipi styled shoot, playing off the ‘bringing the outside in’ trend, with a twist. This unconventional wedding look was created and styled by the rather fabulous Florence & Vera at Cotswold Field of Dreams and planned by the folks at Timber and Canvas. The images are by lovely Elena Popa Photography, a Surrey wedding photographer who loves to work with creative, non-traditional couples! The shoot is beautifully styled, featuring peacock chairs, bridal trousers and a super fun removable train.
We’re leaping into Wednesday with an excited squeal and a breathtaking dose of beautiful lavender. Today’s editorial will steal your heart if you’re looking for a traditional English countryside wedding with a modern aesthetic. The look is stylish and romantic, timeless and natural, with unique details. The images by Suzy Elizabeth Photography are wonderfully light and airy, styling by Wedding Elements is perfectly, beautifully on point. Our venue for the day is Nether Winchendon House, set in seven acres of traditional gardens and hundreds of acres of parkland on the Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire border.
I promised you a stunning editorial today and I hope you’ll agree this more than fits the bill! Romantic, boho bridal style and a bold take on an ever-popular modern colour palette make this shoot an absolute dream. We’re at The Walled Gardens in Nottingham with lovely Nicole & Charlotte Events and a host of rather brilliantly talented local wedding suppliers. The colour palette for table styling is rich and exciting, with teal, grey and copper making the perfect backdrop for a loose bouquet of roses, berries and eucalyptus. Enjoy!
Hey beautiful! Welcome to the weekend… and with an early morning blog post because I simply couldn’t wait any longer to share this with you! Wonderful Sussie Mellstedt sent in this dreamy editorial full of spring florals and with a breathtaking bespoke wedding dress by Velvet Johnstone. Delicious florals by Iris & Co complement the dress perfectly, and the wonderfully natural images just go to show that a little rain can never dampen the beauty of an English wedding.
