I’ve seen about 1% of beautiful Northern Ireland – we have friends in Newcastle, and the tiny section of coastline I’ve seen is just wonderful. I’d love to explore more. Kathie and Mike’s wedding is one of those glorious days which reminds me just what it’s all about. It’s not the colour palette or how many bridesmaids there are; it’s not the dress or the flowers in your hair – it’s the love, the laughter and the once-in-a-lifetime memories you’re making together.
