Looking forwards a few weeks we’ll be enjoying crisp, misty mornings and frost on the paths. There’s something wonderful about the autumn and winter months: the glistening countryside as dawn breaks, and the early golden hour creeping across the land on those last few sunny evenings. Today’s shoot is a beauty: glorious golden sunlight and warm tones in wedding styling. The dresses are out of this world – and for my stationery-loving heart, the paper goodies are simply fabulous.
I am THRILLED to be sharing this stunning wedding inspiration with you today. Not only is this all head over heels beautiful (Jasmine & Conor are gorgeous together, don’t you think?) I feel as though we’re turning a page to a new chapter for diversity on English Wedding. It’s been a while since I wrote about making some changes to become a more diverse wedding blog, and I’ve been searching for the perfect header image for the blog. The happy news is, we found it. And I’m going to LOVE looking at this every time I log on to the website! I hope you do too!
Some things I’ve missed like crazy… hazy sunshine and evenings spent with friends. European sunshine and lazy days on holiday. Time to escape, to completely relax and be somewhere utterly new and refreshing. You too? Let’s hope it won’t be too long before we can safely spread our wings again. Meanwhile, I have the most beautiful photoshoot to share with you today. Our wonderful friend Tara from Pudding & Plum Photography was lucky enough to be in the Algarve before lockdown hit, and I asked her if we could publish these breathtaking images. This fabulous styled shoot comes from a bunch of talented wedding creatives from Rutland. Even the dresses – which are absolutely lovely – are locally designed. The cakes, stationery, styling… it’s all just beautiful and a brilliant showcase of what independent wedding businesses can do to make your day amazing.
