This stunning wedding inspiration comes from luxury wedding planner and English Wedding member Elegante by Michelle J. Michelle’s eye for beautiful styling is second to none: the blues in this seaside wedding location are perfect. The atmosphere is romantic as can be… just look at the views as the sun sets…

I’d love to feature more Jewish weddings and inspiration features. I love reading Smashing the Glass, where this styled shoot was first shown last month. (If you’re a wedding photographer and you have a real wedding we could feature, please get in touch!) The contemporary Judaica is elegant and perfectly matched to the dreamy blue colour palette. The blue accents everywhere are perfect – the ketubah (marriage contract) is absolutely glorious and the chuppah (canopy) as delicately blue as the summer skies. Oh, and it’s positively loaded with the most breathtaking hydrangeas…

Many of us, I daresay, believe that our own home town or village is the best place in the country to get married. I know I do, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to showcase mine in this blog. In doing so, I’ve got a suggestion right at the end of this blog for those of you who are planning a town or village wedding. By that, I mean one that isn’t taking place at, for example, a country hotel with its own grounds. My tip also works if you’re looking forward to an ‘urban’ engagement portrait shoot.
Can I talk about stadiums, and then weddings? In fact, do I need to say any more?! Surely – surely if we’re looking at letting sports fans gather in their thousands, the news for weddings from spring 2021 will be encouraging. I am desperately hoping for all of you to be able to celebrate, even if that means smaller celebrations than normal, or using outside spaces, or social distancing from vulnerable relatives. Weddings WILL happen again – and this styled photoshoot is here to provide a little inspiration for when they do!

Your weekend wedding inspiration, right here! Today’s blog is inspired by intimate weddings, with a lovely focus on sustainability and stunning floral styling. While we’re all wondering how many, if, when and how the heck – when it comes to our weddings in 2021, the likely scenario is that they’ll be small and cosy occasions. And that’s fine – smaller weddings are at least equally wonderful. Lovely Michelle from Posey Rose sent this beautiful inspiration our way, with images by Lisa Jade Photography. I’ll hand over to Michelle to tell you more.
With love,

Time to relax, to snuggle back into our comfies and take a little me time, as we head into the weekend after another long week. Weekends are for loveliness like this; for elegantly styled wedding inspiration and for love, romance and a wonderfully joyful scroll! This feature comes from Leigh Hayward Photography.
The florals are divine: a spring breeze all bundled up into a beautiful bouquet. The cake is a stunner; the bride and groom way beyond gorgeous – and we just adore this shoot. You’ll find all credits below. I hope you love it as much as I do!
