Two things I love more than anything today: brides in red, and grooms doing wedding interviews. So boy am I happy to be sharing this beauty of an “East meets West” wedding full of gorgeousness and vibrant colours and fabulous florals… and I just know you’ll love it too! Happy Friday my lovelies! After a pretty full week on the blog we have one of those wonderfully relaxed, countryside tipi weddings to share with you today. Beautiful bride and gorgeous groom Lucy and Ian, along with their guests, simply walked from their ceremony to the reception in the charming village of Singleton, in the Lavant valley near Chichester. Their five month old daughter Maisie is the star of the show – how adorable is this tiny human?!

I have a treat for you today – gorgeous bride Meg and her handsome new hubby Jack celebrated their wedding at Brympton House, a stunning venue which Country Life described as the most beautiful house in England. Our friend and Somerset wedding photographer Martin Dabek knows it well: he captured Meg and Jack’s day in his fabulous style, recording the wonderful styling details, memorable moments and atmosphere of the day perfectly. Although today’s wedding starts with a church service, the vibe is wonderfully whimsical and woodlandy, with celebrations under canvas and even a hand fasting ceremony in the afternoon! The venue is Bedfordshire’s enchanting Tofte Manor; the photographer is our lovely friend and English Wedding member Nicola Norton Photography.
Gorgeous couple Georgina and Ben had a relaxed and beautiful wedding in the summer. Their day is beautifully styled with glorious bouquets of pink peonies, purple and coral blooms with splashes of greenery and fabulous textures. The peony styling continues through to the wedding cake, which is displayed prettily on rustic wooden tables at the wedding breakfast. Georgina’s stunning lace dress is the star of the show, and her delicate flower crown is just beautiful!
Hey lovelies! How was your weekend? I’m fairly sure I still have white paint all over my hair and face but hey – we had a successful decorating session! So back to it and this week we have some blindingly beautiful weddings and ideas to share with you on English Wedding. Kicking off the week are gorgeous newlyweds Beth and Carl, who celebrated their marriage at The Old Hall in Frodsham. This is so beautiful… and the FLOWERS!
