Aaron and Sarah’s wedding has wow factor: the locations around Consall Hall are simply breathtaking. Those trees... really, these are some of my favourite wedding pics so far this year. I love their day for its simplicity, rustic appeal and romance – and the beautiful bride and groom are just made for each other.

We chose a vintage/rustic theme as Aaron proposed after an afternoon tea (which we then chose to have as a wedding breakfast), and because we love the informal/relaxed style. We did a lot of the preparation ourselves, we made all of the stationery including invitations (huge saving!), and we kept things simple.”

I loved making all of the stationery, but then I am a perfectionist and I knew exactly what I wanted. One person we met with said that the design wasn’t possible in the size we wanted (A6). Luckily I am a crafty person, so determined to have what I wanted, I made it myself (and succeeded!)

Today’s real wedding is as elegant and timeless as it is fun and quirky! Kate’s Delphine Manivet dress is gorgeous, I love the length and she looks absolutely amazing. I’m also hugely impressed it had pockets… that’s very, very cool indeed! I love the photos of the couple in the greenhouse, and the light up letters, and I think the atmosphere of this amazing day comes across brilliantly in the photos.

Super friendly, easy to get on with, flexible, and captured the day perfectly! I think she even helped my dad with his last minute info gathering for speech preparations!

Hey lovely! Today I have a 1920s inspired wedding for you – a gorgeous little dose of glamorous vintage with a beautiful bride and super handsome groom. Rachel and Mike are brilliant – they styled their Chester wedding creatively with suppliers found online. Rachel designed the stationery herself and it’s fabulous.

Rachel’s love of the 1920s era flowed through the wedding day – first there was the dress, and then came the ‘silent movie’ idea. The invitations and place settings were inspired this way, and even the chalkboard style table numbers and bunting came from the silent movie idea.

They had an engagement shoot in February and by the time their wedding came around they said they felt as though they’d known Rosie for ages – which really makes the images of the day look relaxed and fun!
