Writing a wedding blog is sometimes nothing more than a glorious excuse to share the sort of beautiful images I could just dive into. Today is pretty much a playday for me – I’m thrilled to be sharing a veritable feast of the most luscious flower photos by two wonderfully inventive Surrey wedding suppliers.

We’re talking delicate little shoes which look as though they’re made of leaves and petals… striking arrangements with corroding metals softened and made beautiful by the touch of a flower or three… fountains of flowers bursting from a woodland stream and insightful arrangements turning dark, wood-panelled rooms into charming and elegant spaces…

The awesomely-named Rebecca Tiller Floral Imaginarium, together with photographer Julie Anne Images, have created this showcase of floral design which has me blinking in delightful disbelief! I urge you to check them out… truly, they’re amazing!

A creative floral showcase with Rebecca Tiller Floral Imaginarium and Julie Anne Images Photography (2) I hope today’s feature will inspire you to get creative with your wedding flowers, or maybe (do!) get in touch with Julie Anne or Rebecca if you’re in the Surrey area. The Wedding Show at Tatton is known for having the north west’s top wedding experts as exhibitors. Nothing should have surprised me, and there were many exquisite stands which caught my attention straight away. But none were quite like Red Floral Architecture, which completely captured my imagination – I could have stayed admiring the stand for hours!

I had a lovely chat with creative flower designer Mat Hepplestone. I was probably quite embarrassing… but I had to explain just how much I loved what he’d done with his stand! There are flowers, there are wedding flowers, and there’s floral design with a difference. “Floral Architecture” sounds pretty grand – pretty ambitious I suppose. But the title fits Mat’s creations – and then some!!! Mat designs with flowers the way a top architect would design a cathedral: there are no limits to his imagination.
