Morning everyone! Today’s real wedding comes from the charming village of Bury in Cambridgeshire. Jessica and Dan were married in September and chose a vintage theme with lots of creative styling!

They had a blank canvas – literally – for their marquee reception and styled the space with lots of vintage details: gorgeous flowers, antique keys and a Choccywoccydoodah cake. Jessica’s stunning bouquet is by the fabulous Pumpkin & Pye, the other decorations were homemade.

Liz says, “No detail had been missed. The marquee was just stunning, flowers adorned tables and centrepieces at every turn. The garden was immaculate and full of more vintage loveliness… ” So shall we have a proper look? It’s beautiful – you’ll love it.

It’s going to be a beautiful day. I’ve woken up this morning feeling happy and excited about the real wedding I’m about to share with you. Genny and Jon’s marquee wedding at home is just wonderful and I know you’ll love it.

The overall tone of their wedding day is countryside charm with elegant touches. Genny’s wedding dress begins the day pristine and then meets a field… there’s plenty of laughter with some adorable cheeky faces during the wedding ceremony and reception. The raindrops make this one a beautiful English wedding – the weather becomes a part of the day in these lovely images you’re about to see. Genny and Jon chose Bristol wedding photographer Brett Symes to photograph their marquee wedding at home – he’s fantastic.

I’ll leave you with Genny and Jon’s wedding report and with the images from Brett to enjoy. Have a wonderful morning everyone! Claire x

Isn't Naomi gorgeous?!

The wedding venue is Birmingham’s Highbury Hall; the images are all by Midlands-based wedding photographers Rob and Sarah Gillespie. I want to rush right in to Naomi and Elric’s wedding report – it’s one of very few I’ve ever had where the bride and groom have written their wedding story together – and so, it’s very special.

Enjoy!
