So you’re about to read our best English Wedding interview ever… along with a gorgeous set of photos from a wedding which absolutely inspires me. These guys are just brilliant: Anna and Ollie’s wedding is perfectly THEM: individual, stylish and relaxed. They had 3 venues throughout the day, taking their party from registry office to foodie heaven to party venue. Venue styling simply wasn’t required: instead the focus was on celebrating their love and entertaining their guests! Likewise, Anna avoided bridal boutiques and found her incredible dress on The Outnet. She looks more than amazing – and blissfully happy, confident and beautiful!

As a destination wedding planner, more and more couples are coming to me to request a wedding weekend experience, here in the UK.
If you have ever attended a destination wedding overseas, you will no doubt have experienced the wonderfully warm and intimate atmosphere created because the couple and their guests get to spend several days together.
From the initial welcome drink on the arrival night, through to the post-wedding brunch or barbecue, the vibe is palpable and it’s something that can prove difficult to re-create for a one day wedding.
Today’s feature captures both timelessness and fresh, modern styling in a dreamy wedding editorial from Natalie Stevenson Photography. The location is St Etheldreda’s church ruins, whose crumbling stonework and beautiful detailing inspired this breathtaking wedding style.

Hair is by By Lois and make up by Belles Beauty and accessories from Rachel Sokhal. The groom is dressed for the occasion in a classic tux and black tie.

We love a wedding photo booth, but I stumbled across a wedding forum thread the other day where brides and grooms were being quoted some VERY different amounts for wedding photo booth hire. Personally, I think you get what you pay for: a good photo booth will be worth every penny – and here’s why!
1. The entertainment value of a wedding photo booth is sky high: give any group of grown ups a little bit of wine and some props and funny accessories to dress up in, and they’ll have the best time!! Whether you DIY your photo booth or hire a pro outfit, it’s guaranteed to keep guests happy!
