It’s almost the weekend and we have another gorgeous wedding to share with you – this time, sent in by my lovely friends at The Little Paper Shop in Cheshire! I can’t introduce this blog post without plugging my modern calligraphy classes at this gorgeous wedding & paper boutique – it’s in Nantwich, and I’ll be there on the 7th of September for beginners modern calligraphy and brush pen lettering workshops – come and join me if you can!
Now as well as being the creative whirlwind and owner of The Little Paper Shop, Cara is a talented wedding photographer. She captured Liz and Andrew’s Shropshire wedding for them, and I’m thrilled to be sharing it with you today!

She married Stephen last July and chose a quintessentially English theme for their wedding day.
Welcome to the weekend! I got you some flowers… in the form of Hannah & Ben’s gorgeous and hydrangea-filled summer wedding. This is all just too pretty – the flowers make a huge statement but the wedding is joyous and beautiful and REAL – and Hannah & Ben make the loveliest, happiest couple! A fabulous tipi celebration in the height of summer. A gorgeous, relaxed and head-over-heels in love couple. Rustic styling, tons of florals, vibrant colours and a party atmosphere. It really doesn’t get much better than this! Howard and Rowena’s wedding venue was the village field in Iwerne Minster, the village where Rowena’s mother lives. By day the field is a football pitch and on a sunny day in August it was transformed with the addition of tipis into their wedding venue! I hope you love this one as much as I do. Today’s wedding is another treat; a beautiful celebration with stunning florals and styling – but most importantly for me, with a brilliant sense of humour and some amazingly fun moments. Sarah and Michael were married at Mapperton House in Dorset, and opted for a vibrant colour palette and gorgeous styling touches. The bouquet is a stunner: orange tones and corals alongside blues with roses and dahlia blooms, cornflowers and agapanthus, freesias (I think!) and sweet peas.
