Gorgeous couple Carly and Steve tied the knot in August, choosing our fabulous friend and Thornbury Castle wedding photographer Martin Dabek to capture their day. Carly is breathtaking in a stunning embroidered gown from The Dressing Rooms in Halesowen – if anyone knows the designer of this dress, do give us a shout because we LOVE it! The florals are divine, and Claire from The Wilde Bunch (who Martin recommended to Carly and Steve) gets the loveliest review from our happy couple.
Sometimes I see a wedding and it looks the most fun a couple has ever had in their lives. Sometimes the joy and excitement spills through in every beautiful detail, and I spend ages just gazing at all the gorgeous photos to see little details and love and laughter and grinning back at my screen. It has been a whirlwind of a week here at English Wedding HQ! I’ve typed up a 105-page modern calligraphy workbook, written a gold ink wedding table plan and menus for a November wedding, and planned in a bunch of gorgeous real weddings for the autumn – so I’m mega happy it’s Friday today! Hey lovelies! I have a super pretty, feminine and romantic wedding to share with you today. Emma & Paul were married at Moxhull Hall Hotel, Sutton Coldfield in the summertime. They were blessed with glorious sunshine, and I especially loved seeing all the handmade decorations Emma had made – there is definitely a blush pink roses / hoops theme going on and together it all looks so pretty!

We have been to lots of weddings where Damian was hired as the photographer. We were absolutely delighted with his photos!!! I got goose bumps when we first saw them, as Damian captured so many things we missed on the day.
