Good morning, beautiful! I’m blogging at the very last minute every day this week… Christmas orders for illustrated cards and calligraphy family trees are coming in by the dozen and my writing fingers are sore! My blogging fingers, on the other hand, 😉 are revitalised daily with so much wedding pretty I could even forget Christmas is only weeks away… and today’s wonderful blast of colour will brighten your screens and your hearts, I promise!
Love and luxe wedding style at The Vermont Hotel in Newcastle – today I have an ultra glam wedding to share with you all. Caroline & Mark’s big day is a classic celebration with chic styling touches to suit the art deco theme of their city venue.

A sense of normality returns to English Wedding Blog HQ as I have one of the loveliest weddings of the year to share with you. David and Jodie’s art deco inspired Norfolk wedding is just so beautiful… The bride is stunning; the groom looks fabulous, the atmosphere shines through their images. You’ll love every moment!
Such an amazing wedding blog only gets better with brilliant advice from the bride and groom. “Don’t try to save money, but don’t spend more than you need to. Autumn weddings have something which warms me to my very heart every time. But Hannah and Rob’s Ufton Court wedding is so very special: the colours, styling and photography are just magical and I know you’re going to love reading about their day.
The flowers are amazing. Hannah told me “I didn’t really know what kind of flowers I wanted so I asked Lindsey [from The White Horse Flower Company] for something autumnal with mulberry and gold. The end result was amazing, and not only did they look great but they smelt incredible too.”
“It was 1 oclock in the morning. Aaron was asleep, but I couldn’t resist. Mark had posted them on Facebook. I was secretly looking at them under the sheets…”
Wedding photos are a special thing – a treasure you’ll keep forever, share amongst your family and through the generations. They’re the loveliest reminder of your day and I love hearing your reactions to seeing them for the first time – today’s beautiful bride Emily made me smile when she told me she’d peeked before hubby Aaron saw them!
