Today’s wedding at King’s Weston House is absolutely gorgeous! The little touches Hollie and Jimmy used to decorate tables and entertain guests are just fabulous – and the bride and groom are a stunning couple – Hollie is so very beautiful. Images are by our lovely sponsor and Bristol wedding photographer Martin Dabek. Catherine and Florent’s destination wedding in France looks like a dream come true. The gorgeous bride and groom travelled to the south-east of France, to a fairytale venue with views of the distant mountains, for their beautiful, intimate summer wedding. I adore the light, bright colours they used to style their day: mint and delicate pink are so fresh and summery – and the images by English Wedding Blog sponsor Amanda Karen Photography are out of this world.

Nothing quite beats the warmth of a tipi wedding – and Sarah and Matthew used theirs as the focal point for a festival-style celebration on the family farm. The little touches and flowers are gorgeous; but the loveliest thing about today’s wedding is Sarah – she’s so beautiful in a blush pink gown which just suits the day perfectly (and is amazing for dancing in!)
I just love today’s real wedding – a pretty marquee in a Herefordshire field, sublime florals and a wonderful atmosphere of love, family and pure joy! Beautiful Lucy looks stunning in her House of Vintage dress, and the handcrafted details and gorgeous contributions from friends and family make this one of my favourite summer weddings ever.
Autumn wedding styling isn’t all about the pine cones, you know. I get it: they’re cute little things, with a dash of childhood nostalgia attached… but I think after years upon years of pine cone wedding styling they’re about to be pushed from the top spot – by the humble gourd!
So many wedding traditions and styling ideas start in the US and gradually make their way over here. With all the budding excitement of Hallowe’en they start their pumpkins early over there… and the mini versions (gourds is a catch-all term for anything pumpkinesque, in my simple mind!) are colourful, cute and charming as hell. I love how Kate and Ali used them to style their day.
