Welcome to the week, my lovelies! I hope you’ve had a wonderful weekend. We’re kicking off this week with an absolute stunner of a wedding: beautiful Serena & Michael’s Worcestershire wedding has the loveliest atmosphere of elegance and glamour – I just know you’ll love this. Their wedding photographer is new to English Wedding: Nicholas Rogers Photography is based in the Midlands – he gets a brilliant review from the happy couple. Before I say anything else, I just have to start with Stacey’s DRESS today – because WOW!!! She looks incredible in a Stella York gown from Bicester Bridal. This is a dreamy outdoor wedding in Oxfordshire, with gorgeous May sunshine (and the sunset is stunning!) and a soft colour palette of blush with accents in powder blue and gentle peach. The flowers are wonderful, the vibe is elegant, fun and romantic and the images by Benjamin Wetherall Photography take my breath away. You’ll love this.

I can almost smell the flowers… because today we have the loveliest, summeriest wedding of all for you to enjoy. Gorgeous couple Jo and Jack married in Cheltenham on a beautiful early summer’s day. Their barn wedding celebration is just divine: the florals are so vibrant and wonderfully colourful they almost steal the show.

We have been SO excited to share this beautiful May wedding with you. It’s quintessentially English with the most wonderful florals, superb styling and a fabulous venue in North Yorkshire. Bride Lizzie looks incredible in a Maggie Sottero dress with such a pretty and unusual neckline – I absolutely love it. And Rick’s bespoke suit is just superb – he looks amazing and we love his look!

You can’t beat a wedding with a really fun story. Lovely Jade and Carl invited all of their guests to their children’s christening – and surprised them with an extra: they got MARRIED!! It makes the photos of the beginning of the day even more special, knowing that for most of the guests, the whole thing was a secret surprise!

Photography was the couple’s biggest spend, and one they’re very glad of – for while this was very much a DIY wedding on a budget, the images will last a lifetime and I love the piece of family history they’ve captured for our lovely bride and groom!
