There is no one single thing more capable of sprinkling magic on a wedding than the hire of a tipi. Tipis have a special atmosphere about them and at the same time represent a blank canvas for any couple to imprint their own style. They’re perfect as a backdrop for any festival, country style or boho wedding theme that might clash with the interiors of regular buildings.

There is always so much to think about when planning marquee weddings, as you’re creating a wedding venue and everything that comes with it from scratch. Please see below my top marquee wedding tips to ensure nothing is missed.

Warm out there, isn’t it?!! I’m loving how summery I’m feeling this week – and just before I take my little packed lunch to the beach (because I’m the luckiest wedding blogger and it’s like 2 minutes’ walk!) I have this stunning summer wedding to share with you. Beautiful bride Victoria got in touch with me a few weeks ago. She married Stephen last July and chose a quintessentially English theme for their wedding day.

Can we leap into Monday with a brilliant, fun-filled, EXCITING real wedding? Can we? Because the sun’s all gone in and I don’t know about you but I need something to fill me with happy vibes and beautiful inspiration. And also because I have this blissful day hiding up my sleeve that I have been so looking forward to sharing with you! It’s gorgeous couple Caroline & Sid, who were married at Barn Drift in Norfolk and chose our faves – top UK wedding photographers York Place Studios to capture their day.

Hey lovely! I have another fabulous wedding to share with you today – this one I totally adore for all the pretty styling touches, and for our gorgeous couple whose stunning smiles are making me grin back at my screen today! I love the leafy, foliage-centred stationery and the cute knitted people (my mum used to make these! Anyone else?!), oh and the gloriously light and airy colour palette which just couldn’t be more perfect for a marquee wedding. Photos are by our wonderfully talented friends at Amanda Karen Photography (and Danielle & Joe’s review of one of my fave wedding photographers makes me a very happy wedding blogger indeed!).
