This morning we’re bringing you a burst of joyful colour and oodles of romance. A talented and super creative team of Northamptonshire wedding suppliers came together for this glorious photoshoot at Brampton Grange, sent in to us by fabulous Northants wedding photographer Daniel Thomas. We’re in LOVE with that cake, the colours of the balloons and the stunning floral styling!

This was a fun, colourful summer shoot designed to show off the versatility of Brampton Grange’s outside spaces, including the gorgeous courtyard for ceremonies. Bright, vibrant colours have been used to stand out and contrast against the bride’s dress and the surrounding greenery of the countryside.

It’s not often I stumble across something really special, new, unique and different for weddings. (I’ve been blogging here at English Wedding since 2009…) but this year, the couples we’ve featured on the blog have mentioned, enough times to make me sit up and take note, something absolutely brilliant.

I’ll just stop for a moment and say this isn’t a sponsored post. It’s simply something I’ve found and love so much I couldn’t resist sharing! (with a little help from a good friend).

The vibrant floral styling from Ross and Sarah’s Silchester Farm wedding grabbed our hearts last month and we were so excited to share some little extras with you. All of the gorgeous images are by Dorset and Hampshire wedding photographer Nathan at Libra Photographic.

With striking reds, gem colours and a sensory overload of blooming beauty, we fell hard for this gorgeous wedding look.

The colour palette works all year round; the flowers used for this Hampshire wedding are by Denham based florists and event stylists Ever After. Their talented florists used sweet peas, dahlias, aliums, tulips, roses, ranunculus, and peonies.

With wedding season in full swing, experts at Flying Flowers have revealed the wedding flower trends that are set to be everywhere in 2022. The recent nuptials of the likes of Kourtney Kardashian and Nicola Peltz-Beckham have inspired a whole new interest in adding extra floral touches to a wedding.

Minimalist bouquets

Simple yet majorly effective, minimalist bouquets are a trend that has swept the 2022 wedding season and will continue to soar. The hashtag #minimalistbride has racked up an incredible 7 million views on TikTok and both Nicola and Kourtney opted for stripped-back floral bouquets made up of just a few stems.
