A fabulous summer fete wedding for Lara & Rich with Howell Jones Photography
This Friday couldn’t come soon enough! I’ve been waiting to share this fabulous summer fete of a wedding with you – it’s gorgeous and exciting and makes me want to grab my festival glitter and celebrate something!! Lara & Rich are the loveliest, funnest couple I could hope to feature on English Wedding. Their Surrey wedding is just full of excitement and happy vibes and joy and colour – and the photos of their day tell their story beautifully. They’re by Somerset wedding photographer Howell Jones Photography, who made the trip to Grayshott in Surrey especially for the occasion – and boy, are we glad he did!
Warren from Howell Jones Photography shoots weddings in a documentary style. His images tell the story and really capture the spirit of every wedding (he’s captured 500+ best days ever!) – and Lara & Rich’s day shows how amazing this can be. There’s quiet excitement in the morning, then a wonderful sense of grace and joy in the elegant church ceremony. We follow the gorgeous couple through the relaxed and super happy celebrations of their wedding breakfast to the full-on, crazy-dancing, buzzing vibe of their evening party. Warren is one of those brilliant wedding photographers who offer full day coverage to the last dance, capturing the very best dance floor moments in his fabulously creative reportage style. Amongst all of the celebrations there are glorious details – a sublime bouquet; the prettily decorated marquee (complete with bunting for the perfect English summer fete wedding, of course!) and Lara’s classically elegant wedding dress with full skirt and stylish cut neckline; while Rich looks a true country gent in a formal suit with powder blue waistcoat. Their portraits are just dreamy!
