Amy and Dan’s fabulous Dartmoor wedding, with Emma Stoner Photography
I LOVE this wedding – Amy and Dan hadΒ the best homemade table plan Iβve ever seen! I adore the idea of a spot ofΒ wild swimming (crazy!) and all the flowers, personal touches with stationeryβ¦ and Amyβs dress is just wonderful. This is beautiful, country charm at its very best and I hope you fall in love with their day as much as I have!
The ideas here will inspire creative brides and grooms – and the beautiful images will make your eyes ever so happy. Amy is a breathtaking bride, Dan her perfect match. Their day is one which speaks to my heart with personal touches, individuality and romance.
Images are by lovely Devon wedding photographer Emma Stoner. Emma’s photography tells the story of this gorgeous couple’s day so beautifully – you can discover more from her here:

“I was really excited about this wedding as I’ve wanted to shoot a wedding on Dartmoor all summer. It was brilliant as there were so many different elements. Dan said he was going for a swim in the morning so I asked my second shooter, Chris, to capture that. In the end we had wild swimming, heaps of rustic charm, incredible handmade elements – Amy’s bouquet was stunning, African drummers, a ceilidh, a fire, a full moon… It was an amazing day all round and very much nature-inspired which I love.
The venue – Monks Withecombe on Dartmoor – was very warm and welcoming with various options for the day – a marquee, barn etc. It’s such a good wedding venue for autumn and a lovely setting with a gorgeous view of Dartmoor.”
