Tis the season (as they say) for cosy snuggles and warm fires… and for staying indoors on those long evenings in the company of friends and loved ones. And I guess this applies just as much to weddings as it does to winter evenings at home. For Deborah and Mark, their winter wedding meant choosing the right venue was paramount. And boy, did they get it right…
Huntsham Court is wonderful. It’s an exclusive use, country house venue with 34 bedrooms and a super flexible approach to weddings. For today’s bride and groom it meant they could spend the whole weekend there along with friends and family – Huntsham is the loveliest home from home you could ever imagine.

Jennifer Jane’s photography style is wonderfully romantic, natural and fresh – I’ve always loved sharing her summer weddings on the blog so this day has been really wonderful to share with you. The images are sublime, with such warmth and character making the most of the soft lighting at Huntsham Court – I adore them.
The flowers are so, so beautiful. Hellebores are my new favourite flower – and these beauties combined with delicate roses, tons of foliage and oodles of texture and colour make this one of the most amazing winter weddings for floral loveliness I’ve ever seen! The arrangements are by the very talented and wonderful Natasha at Pumpkin & Pye.
Deborah and Mark make the loveliest couple. They’re not the typical bride and groom we see on these pages, but I’ve never wanted to share ‘ordinary’ weddings – and everything about this lovely couple makes me smile. Their wedding is a whole world of wonderful and sharing their day makes me very, very happy. Enjoy!
