Before I leave you for the Bank Holiday Weekend Extravaganza (!) I think it’s a great time to introduce you to a little wedding stationery business I’ve fallen in love with – The Tiny Card Company.
Designer and owner Rosie designs the most intricately crafted handmade wedding invitations you can imagine – with gorgeous little flower details and beads sewn onto the cards, these are special handmade invitations – made with love and the utmost attention to detail.
It’s definitely time to start ordering wedding stationery as the summer draws ever closer, and I can wholeheartedly recommend these gorgeous handmade wedding invitations by Rosie. Here she is to tell you more about The Tiny Card Company!
Handmade wedding invitations – The Tiny Card Company
“I’m afraid I’m a bit of a geek when it comes to weddings: It’s practically impossible to bore me with talk of cakes, colour schemes, shoes and flowers (especially flowers!). In fact, I have been known to be slightly more enthusiastic than the bride on occasion …
I’m also a total sucker for beautiful papers, not to mention ribbons, buttons and beads. Hardly surprising then, that I started The Tiny Card Company offering couples beautiful, handmade and bespoke wedding stationery.
Beautiful, individual handmade wedding invitations
“I’m a firm believer that every wedding should be as individual as the couple getting married.
This belief extends to the stationery as well as the day itself. After all, why would you put so much time and effort into your perfect wedding celebration, only to send out invitations that really don’t do it justice?
About The Tiny Card Company
All of our wedding stationery is handmade to order, and it’s really important to me to work this way. Admittedly there is a downside, as everything does take a little longer.
The trade-off is being able to offer a truly personal service so each couple gets the opportunity to have their chosen design exactly as they want it.
This might mean simply changing the font or wording, swapping butterflies for hearts or reworking a design in a bespoke colour palette.
The brilliant thing is there’s a little bit of the couple in the finished product.
Colour is my great passion, I tend to get a bit giddy and overexcited by it and can really struggle to edit down options for the collection. Colour is a really simple way to inject personality into your wedding.
Many brides take advantage of our bespoke service and choose to have our designs made in their colour scheme. Offering a bespoke colour service means the bride can have stationery to fit her theme perfectly, but it also means I get the opportunity to play with my favourite thing!
