Simon and Annika’s wedding
A really pretty picture of Annika with her bridesmaids.. pretty in pink!
I couldn’t resist posting a little highlight from this wedding earlier today, and now the full post… such a gorgeous wedding with a light and sunny feel to it — and bride Annika has the most infectious smile I’ve ever seen! She’s so beautiful and her husband Simon is glowing with pride.
Caroline Alexander is a wedding photographer based in Gloucestershire. She filled me in on some of the details from this wedding — most intriguingly that Annika is originally from Germany and many family members came over for the wedding… the day after there was a barbeque and a “sausage off”, which Germany won.

I’m just getting a lovely wedding ready to blog and I’m sat once again grinning at my computer screen like a bit of a loony.
This wedding is just one of those that will make you smile and smile and smile, but I had to share this little highlight with you!

Chic winter wedding
- A glorious wedding photo, an explosion of colour on a winter’s day!
This English wedding is a delightful combination of lots of subtle elements: vintage lace, gorgeous colours, festive sparkle and sophisticated details. The bride and groom are Theresa and Chris and they got married at St. Peter’s Church in Cirencester this December. Theresa’s amazing smile and all the wonderful details of the are fantastic, and I hope they’ll inspire you!
