I con­sider myself to be incred­i­bly lucky to be able to do a job which I absolutely love, not that wed­ding pho­tog­ra­phy ever feels like a ‘job’ to me.

To be asked to cap­ture the biggest day of a couple’s life is truly an hon­our and there is no bet­ter feel­ing for me than the reac­tion my work gets from brides and grooms once they see their photographs.

Although I am based in Man­ches­ter I have cov­ered wed­dings through­out the UK and I am more than happy to travel. I am also full time, so wed­ding pho­tog­ra­phy is all I do. This means that I am always on hand should cou­ples wish to con­tact me or have any questions.

An award win­ning UK wed­ding photographer

I am a fully qual­i­fied mem­ber of the British Insti­tute of Pro­fes­sional Pho­tog­ra­phy (so my posh name is Neil Red­fern LBIPP) and am a for­mer win­ner of the SWPP Mem­bers Choice Wed­ding Pho­tog­ra­pher of the Year. I have been cov­er­ing wed­dings for over 5 years now, and the time has flown by!

Wed­ding pho­tog­ra­phy packages

The wed­ding pho­tog­ra­phy pack­ages which I offer are very sim­ple. I only cover full day wed­dings so I can cap­ture as much of a bride & groom’s big day as pos­si­ble. As I am there for the whole of the wed­ding day I am able to work in a very relaxed and unob­tru­sive man­ner, mean­ing that my cou­ples will hope­fully not realise I am even there for the major­ity of the day and as a result their pho­tographs will be very nat­ural. My phi­los­o­phy is that it is the bride and groom’s day — not mine!

He was flex­i­ble in his approach, and was great at reas­sur­ing us about all our worries/queries. When we received our pho­tos we were both moved to tears — the way he has cap­tured spe­cial moments through­out the day is incred­i­ble, and we relive the whole day every time we look through them. We are so so glad that we booked him and will rec­om­mend him to every­one we meet!”
