I’m told it takes around 250 hours to plan a wed­ding, and it’s no sur­prise when you con­sider the aver­age bud­get is report­edly £20k, with brides and grooms hir­ing and buy­ing all kinds of things to make sure they have the per­fect day. (Because I’m a geek and I worked it out, I can tell you that works out at £80 spent per hour of time plan­ning… scary!)

Here’s some advice on a few of those lit­tle wed­ding details from some UK wed­ding experts — I hope you find it useful.
