I’m told it takes around 250 hours to plan a wedding, and it’s no surprise when you consider the average budget is reportedly £20k, with brides and grooms hiring and buying all kinds of things to make sure they have the perfect day. (Because I’m a geek and I worked it out, I can tell you that works out at £80 spent per hour of time planning… scary!)
