Car­o­line Cas­tigliano and Jimmy Choo show­case their bridal designs in the Mid­dle East

March 2010 – Lon­don, UK:  Car­o­line Cas­tigliano and Jimmy Choo Cou­ture, two of the world’s biggest names in bridal fash­ion, came together in the Mid­dle East to show­case their lat­est designs in two fab­u­lous events hosted by Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts.  The events were held at Shangri-La’s Barr Al Jis­sah Resort and Spa, Mus­cat and Shangri-La HotelotelH, Dubai and were spon­sored by Oman Air.

VIP guests were invited to expe­ri­ence a “wed­ding recep­tion” style din­ner, where the main enter­tain­ment for both evenings was breath-taking fash­ion shows by Car­o­line Cas­tigliano. A selec­tion of stun­ning Jimmy Choo Cou­ture shoes were also on dis­play for admi­ra­tion by all.

The show fea­tured Castigliano’s stun­ning W2010/S2011 col­lec­tion, a pure expres­sion of ‘relaxed fem­i­nine glam­our’. The pieces were super chic and effort­lessly lux­u­ri­ous. On show were a lot of soft tulle and lace gowns, as well as key pieces with struc­tured fish­tails and state­ment organza that are so much the sig­na­ture hand­writ­ing of Car­o­line Castigliano.

Car­o­line Castigliano’s 2010 collection

Lon­don, Feb­ru­ary 2010 – Inter­na­tion­ally renowned designer Car­o­line Cas­tigliano launches her exquis­ite 2010 bridal col­lec­tion to great acclaim at the pres­ti­gious Man­darin Ori­en­tal Hyde Park London.

Over 200 guests filled the grand ball­room to cel­e­brate the unveil­ing in a spec­tac­u­lar cat­walk extrav­a­ganza. Guests were treated to scrump­tious cham­pagne and canapés as they waited in eager antic­i­pa­tion to see the excit­ing bridal collection.

Upon arrival guests were inspired by daz­zling jew­ellery show­cases from De Beers, chic designer shoes by Aruna Seth and elab­o­rate flo­ral dis­plays by Moy­ses Stevens. Top beauty spe­cial­ists from Dior, Paul Edmonds and The Spa at Man­darin Ori­en­tal Hyde Park were on hand to give expert beauty advice.

The show opened with Car­o­line Castigliano’s stun­ning designer cock­tail and evening gowns, giv­ing guests a taste of what was to come. Mod­els then grace­fully glided down the cat­walk in roman­tic bridal gowns of soft tulle and lace, fol­lowed by Castigliano’s strik­ing sig­na­ture pieces with struc­tured fish­tail and state­ment organza gowns.
