Hopefully the first of many wedding venues I will be adding to the blog. This is meant as a useful resource for brides so please do use the comment form to let me know what you think!
I’d love to tour the country exploring (and dining at) all the poshest wedding venues to give you an honest review of each one. Sadly I can’t (my only mode of transport is rollerblades, which I’m good at but too old for, especially long-distance) so I’ll be asking for expert reviewers in the wedding industry: photographers and wedding planners.
Anyway, back to the first wedding venue blog feature: Brocket Hall.

Photographer thoughts on Brocket Hall
Neil Redfern says, “Brocket Hall is a stunning wedding venue. The Hall itself is set in the middle of an extremely picturesque golf course which makes for a fantastic backdrop for photographs.
“If the bride and groom are given access to one of the golf course’s golf buggys(!) and the weather is good then the opportunities for beautiful wedding photographs are almost limitless.
“The ceremony room (which is also used for the meal and wedding reception) is very large and light and, as it is glass walled on two sides, gives guests beautiful views over the golf course. I know I would certainly like to work there again!”
A question for Brocket Hall
“Tell me about the most memorable wedding held at Brocket Hall. What made it so special?” (I’ll add an answer here — I emailed Brocket Hall on Monday)
