Once again inspired by Sunday’s Irish wedding sent in by Greenlees Photography, and with thanks yet again to bride Jo’s fantastic sense of fun — this wedding blog post pays homage to Guinness. Yes. Well, why not?!
So to honour the velvety black and white imagery Guinness have used for years, I’ve found the best black and white wedding ideas on the web. (OK, it’s tenuous — but the ideas are gorgeous, so stick with me!)

Black and white wedding flower design by The Blossom Tree
The Blossom Tree is one of my favourite UK wedding florists, and I always check out their wedding flower blog for inspiration. This City Chic black and white wedding table decoration was created in partnership with Tilly Boo Events of Nottingham — and they make a great team!
I love the way they’ve used white and pale cream flowers for table centrepieces surrounded by square vases full of gorgeous flowers. The strings of pearls on every arrangement are the cherry on the cake! See more on The Blossom Tree blog — it’s one of my favourites.
Scroll wedding invites in black, white and silver by Carol Miller Designs
Carol Miller Designs is a top UK wedding stationery company, and has long been a favourite of brides through features in Wedding Ideas magazine and Perfect Weddings. They specialise in wedding scroll invitations and post boxes, and these are just a couple of my favourites. Scrolls are A5 size, in gorgeous quality coloured scroll boxes all meticulously decorated by hand.

Black and white Save the Dates by A Bespoke Design
Another great black and white stationery idea from A Bespoke Design. The swirls in the corner of this Save the Date card, the careful layout and lovely choice of fonts are all done so well.
