Lincolnshire wedding

Bren­dan and Maria were mar­ried in May at the De Vere Hotel in Bel­ton Woods, Lin­colnshire. Maria’s strik­ing looks caught my eye — she has gor­geous long hair done beau­ti­fully for her wed­ding day — so any brides with long locks, this one’s for you!

The wed­ding pho­tog­ra­phy is by Court­ney Louise, who is based in Lin­colnshire and as well as doing wed­dings is a fan­tas­tic fash­ion pho­tog­ra­pher (have a look at Court­ney Louise’s Face­book page if you have a minute).

Maria’s wed­ding hair is fantastic

Maria’s hair is gor­geously curled, pinned with lit­tle flower clips and so fan­tas­ti­cally shiny! I think it’s beau­ti­ful and these pic­tures show it per­fectly for any­one who’s off to the hair­dressers for their trial. No won­der she’s smil­ing — she looks delighted.

The white roses and freesias fit with this week’s theme for the blog — the addi­tion of black rib­bon is sub­tle and ties in with the recep­tion decoration.

I love this! The lit­tle page boy is sooooo cute in his suit. This really is a great look­ing wed­ding photo.

(From the hands it also looks like they’re lined up in goal for a penalty, and the lit­tle one is too keen and doesn’t under­stand the risk…)

A stroll in the park

This pic­ture is full of great lit­tle details. The bride is strong and lead­ing the way. Brides­maids adjust their dresses, the lit­tle boys in white are so cute… but two things make this pic­ture for me: the May blos­som in flower, and — how glam­orous is the lady in black?! I love her dress — she’s stun­ning. This is a great look for a wed­ding guest or mother of the bride — styl­ish, classy and oh so elegant.
