I thought Sophie and Chris’s wedding celebrations complete with cricket, croquet and badminton on the lawn of their reception venue were so very English. I loved their sense of fun as well as their sense of style and the whole wedding just shone with old fashioned, charming Englishness at its very best.

If you’re looking for that quintessential English charm and traditional style for your wedding, here are some lovely ideas to help you along.
